Only patients with an appointment are allowed to enter the clinic. Rides can wait in their vehicles if possible.
Everyone entering the building MUST wear a mask or face covering.
No food or beverage is allowed inside the clinic. Restrooms are for patient use only.

OR ARE IN CONTACT WITH OTHERS EXPERIENCING THOSE SYMPTOMS PLEASE RETURN TO YOUR VEHICLE AND CALL THE CLINIC FOR FURTHER DIRECTION.
UPON ENTERING THE BUILDING SANITIZE YOUR HANDS WITH THE SANITIZER AVAILABLE AT THE FRONT DESK AND PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING.
